A good is sent within 5-14 working days from booking payment to the account of the shop. All goods sell in the OrangeFish.biz are under guarantee of the Producer. To complain a good, send it directly to the Producer or via the OrangeFish.biz website. If a good falls short of expectations a Shopper can return it without any financial consequences within 10 days from receiving a good. To return, send an intact good to the shop address (Irena Nawrocka, ul. Armii Krajowej 12/8, PL-38-400 Krosno, Poland). Money would be return to the account from which payment was entered or to the address of a Shopper.
