2. Orders in the store can be made by subjects leading economic activity and physical persons, who created a clientâ??s account. Creation and property of a clientâ??s account is free of charge.
3. All prices of goods available in the shop are gross prices provided in PLN/EURO (including VAT).
4. The correct fulfillment and sending order form available during the order procedure by a customer is a basic condition of order realization.
5. Each order sent to OrangeFish.biz is confirmed by phone or by email by employee of OrangeFish.biz.
6. Orders not confirmed by OrangeFish.biz within 3 working days will be not proceeded.
7. An order will not be accepted for realization if information written in the order form is incomplete.
8. Orders will be proceeded whitin 24 hours during a office days.
9. Information of goods included on the website do not mean offer in awareness of civil code.
10. Shipping is available for European Union only.
11. The fulfillment and sending of an order form by a client means making a purchase order to OrangeFish.biz in awareness of civil code. OrangeFish.biz states that offer can be accepted by OrangeFish.biz or producer of goods, distributor of goods or by subexecutive employee hired by OrangeFish.biz.
12. Ordered goods will be sent by OrangeFish.biz or producer of goods, distributor of goods or by subexecutive employee hired by OrangeFish.biz (decided by OrangeFish.biz). In case when goods are sent by a producer/distributor/subexecutive employee agreement of sale can be made among client and producer/distributor/subexecutive employee.
13. Customer is allowed to decide the way of shipping and methods of payment available on order form.
14. Shipping costs are covered by a customer.
15. OrangeFish.biz will reserve the right to split large number of items to as many packages following the rules of a company who`ll deliver a package. The price of delivery will remain unchanged.
16. Time of delivery varies from 3 to 14 working days.
17. OrangeFish.biz does not take charge of lack of capability of realization of order from independent reasons. OrangeFish.biz will inform client in that case.
18. OrangeFish.biz will add every efforts in order to price offer presented on shop pages was up-to-date and that the offered goods will be available on stock. In case of prize changing made by producer before its realization or temporary inaccessibility of ordered good OrangeFish.biz will immediately inform customer, in that case customer have a right to cancell order.
